Our Beginning

In our fifth year as an independent boutique design and marketing group based on the Gold Coast, Tandem Agency was started from direct, hands on experience by brand and marketing specialists from the property and real estate industry. Tandem was founded on the opportunity to deliver creative solutions with a high level of creative, insight and industry knowledge. Born from a concept of working together with the large stakeholder groups in a development, Tandem is the creative glue bringing all parties of the project together. Tandem has helped developers bring to life new builds, exceed sales targets, alter community perceptions, de-risk financial instability and create marketing material actually useful in sales funnels. As a property marketing agency, we've advised institutional groups on how to reposition assets after acquisition, worked with some of the country’s largest REITs to reinvigorate tired office blocks, and partnered with global and local real estate agents to deliver campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. We are considered a strategic partner to financial institutions, developers, real estate agents, construction groups, architects, town planners and project marketers. We provide expertise across major property sectors of residential, office, industrial, retail, large format, childcare, aged care, healthcare, hotels, hospitality and land development.
