Recognising North Sydney as a vibrant and bustling business hub, well-connected via transport, local amenity and business community, our approach was to position 99 Walker Street as ‘an address less ordinary’. Our campaign was designed to encourage the audience to avoid searching for an ordinary office address and consider an option where the future of work re-starts with an ambitious landlord. We created an asset brand for the future of work, whilst highlighting the human qualities of the people that drive business backed by a marketing plan to generate brand awareness in a saturated office market.
