A strong, contemporary creative vision that positions Quadcorp Property as a powerful and serious contender in the property developer sphere. Creating a QUAD motif, this was designed to show the group’s  thinking and smarts ‘beyond the square’ highlighting the four founders diverse, yet harmonious background quadrants. Designed as a dynamic identity, the motif and wordmark can be used in a variety of formats, showing a non cookie-cutter approach to property development. Soft and deep blues are combined with bold square outlines in a simple, yet striking combo that inspires trust and quality.
